Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Ibrahim Yumaklı announced that a fire ignited during garden cleaning was detected and extinguished by the UAV, preventing it from spreading to the forest.

Minister Yumaklı stated that they detect fires in an average of 2 minutes with 14 UAVs and 776 observation towers. This technology allows them to control dozens of fires daily.

The Minister emphasized the need for caution as temperatures rise. He reminded everyone not to light fires outdoors.

He stated that everyone has a role to play in preventing fires and that raising public awareness on this issue is crucial.
