Landslide Disaster in Erzurum and Trabzon!

Recent landslides in the eastern regions of Turkey have created terrifying scenes. In the Uzundere district of Erzurum, falling rocks damaged the roof of a house.
Homeowner Ahmet Alkan shared his terrifying experience, stating that his disabled child and wife panicked greatly. He expressed his hope for assistance from the authorities. Fortunately, no casualties occurred, but significant material damage was reported.
In Trabzon's Sürmene district, a similar incident occurred. Following heavy snowfall, a landslide blocked the entrance of a house, trapping the family inside, who were rescued by firefighters through a window.

Authorities have announced that they will begin investigations in the area and take precautions for similarly risky areas. It is emphasized that more measures should be taken to prevent such natural disasters.
