Resident Esen Erçetin stated, "There was a heavy rain and storm at night. Our roofs blew off, and our chickens died." He called for help from the authorities.

The storm was not limited to Bitlis; it also affected Diyarbakır and Batman. Trees fell, and vehicles were damaged, disrupting the daily lives of citizens.

In Aydın, many roofs were blown off due to the storm. The governor stated that teams were on duty due to adverse weather conditions. Such disasters highlight the effects of climate change.

The storm also caused boats in Bodrum to run aground. Fishermen faced the risk of sinking while at sea. This situation adversely affected maritime transportation as well.
