Heavy rainfall started in Ankara during the afternoon hours, negatively affecting daily life.

Water accumulation occurred on many streets and avenues, particularly on Anadolu Boulevard in Çankaya. Vehicles were stranded due to waterlogging. The Ankara Metropolitan Municipality intervened to clear blocked drains.

The governor's office warned that the rain would continue intermittently throughout the day and urged citizens to be cautious of flash floods and strong winds.

In Edirne and Kırklareli, heavy rain and hail also had an impact. Some people sought shelter from the rain at the entrances of their workplaces, while hail negatively affected life in Kırklareli.

Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş emphasized the importance of citizens being careful. He stated that all teams are on the ground.
