TBMM President Numan Kurtulmuş condemned Gülizar Biçer Karaca's reading of the Constitutional Court decision. This act undermines the dignity of the TBMM.

Kurtulmuş stated that this behavior was contrary to the Constitution and the Internal Regulations. He emphasized that such actions are legally void.

He noted that despite the common will expressed in the Advisory Board meeting due to the health condition of Deputy Speaker Sırrı Süreyya Önder, this decision was made.

Kurtulmuş stated, "No Deputy Speaker of the TBMM can use their powers against the will of the TBMM President. This situation harms the dignity of the TBMM."

Additionally, Kurtulmuş announced that he would initiate necessary legal actions against Gülizar Biçer Karaca and Secretary Member Sibel Suiçmez.
