A new rainy weather wave is coming! Experts evaluated the weather in Istanbul.

Meteorology General Directorate Weather Forecast Specialist Abdullah Macit stated that the rains will move eastward on Sunday. Rainfall is expected to start in Marmara and Aegean on Monday and spread across the country on Tuesday and Wednesday.

In Istanbul, heavy rain is expected on Monday, with temperatures around 23-24 degrees. In Ankara, temperatures are expected to rise to 23 degrees.

Rainfall is expected to be locally strong along the Eastern Black Sea coasts and around Ordu. Citizens should be cautious of sudden floods and waterlogging.

Winds are expected to be strong (40-60 km/h) from the south and southeast in the western Marmara region. Therefore, it is important for citizens to be cautious.
