The oil flow from Iraq to Turkey has resumed! This development is of great importance for energy security and transportation.

Energy and Natural Resources Minister Alparslan Bayraktar announced that the Iraq-Turkey oil pipeline resumed operations on September 27. Initially, 190,000 barrels of oil will reach Ceyhan Port daily.

This situation will enhance Turkey's energy supply security and provide diversity in international markets. Additionally, Iraq's oil revenues will also increase.

Iraqi Oil Minister Hayyan Abdulgani stated that oil exports would begin within a week. These developments could contribute to improving relations between Baghdad and Erbil.
