Ukrainian President Zelenskiy has signed an important agreement with Sweden. This agreement will allow Ukraine to acquire Gripen fighter jets.

Zelenskiy described the Gripen jets as powerful and versatile. He believes these jets will strengthen Ukraine's defense.

Swedish Prime Minister Kristersson emphasized that the agreement would create a new and strong Ukrainian Air Force. It is stated that 100 to 150 fighter jets will be procured.

This cooperation is seen as a critical step not only for Ukraine but also for the security of Europe. Zelenskiy thanked Sweden for this collaboration.
