Weather forecasts are out! Which cities are expecting rain?

The General Directorate of Meteorology announced that the northwestern parts of Turkey will be partly cloudy, with rain expected in Marmara, the northern Aegean, and the western Black Sea. Temperatures are expected to remain around seasonal norms.
