Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu made important statements about transportation projects. A 50 billion dollar investment will create 144,000 jobs.

Uraloğlu shared details about the Global Transportation Corridors Forum to be held in Istanbul, highlighting Turkey's investments and projects in the transportation sector.

Uraloğlu announced that Turkey's railway network has increased from 10,900 kilometers to approximately 14,000 kilometers, achieving a significant position in high-speed train operations.

The Minister emphasized that the number of active airports in Turkey has increased from 26 in 2002 to 58 today, with passenger traffic reaching 231 million.

Uraloğlu stated that investments in transportation significantly contribute to Turkey's economic growth and highlighted the importance of these projects in international trade.

He emphasized Turkey's geopolitical position and the strategic importance of international corridors, stating that these investments will provide more employment opportunities in the future.
