Cengiz Çelik, a meteorology expert from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, shared the expected weather for this week. Rain is expected in the northeastern regions tomorrow and Tuesday. From Wednesday onwards, rain will affect the entire country.

In Ankara, thunderstorms are expected from Wednesday. In Istanbul, temperatures will range between 19 and 21 degrees. Rain is also expected in Izmir on Tuesday evening.

Rainfall is expected to be heavy in the northern and interior regions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Temperatures will remain above seasonal norms.

Meteorology emphasized the importance of these rains for the agricultural sector. Farmers should take precautions to protect early-planted crops from cold weather.
