Zelensky shared on social media that Russia has been conducting attacks on his country and that the ceasefire is merely a deception.

US President Donald Trump emphasized the need for cooperation between the parties to ensure a ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine. Trump stated that both sides should work towards a lasting ceasefire.

Zelensky noted that Russia has not responded to the ceasefire proposal, which contributes to the prolongation of the war. Ukraine stated it is ready to take necessary steps for peace.
