In Elazığ, a 73-year-long case known as the '3010 dönüm davası' has concluded with 5,129 people receiving title deeds!

This case encompasses an area half the size of the Karakoçan district center, containing approximately 3,000 residences, public buildings, and open spaces. The origins of the case trace back to the founding of the Republic of Turkey.

Karakoçan Land Director Mesut Yücel stated that the state granted land to landowners based on their contributions during the War of Independence. However, this was misused against the public.

The case file consisted of a thousand folders, and the judge's decision to grant title deeds to 5,129 people brought great joy.

Beneficiaries expressed their happiness about finally receiving their title deeds after many years. This situation will create significant added value for both Karakoçan and our country.
