A heat wave is sweeping across Turkey!

The warm winds from Algeria are pushing temperatures above seasonal norms. NTV Meteorology Editor Dilek Çalışkan stated that temperatures will reach between 20-25 degrees, especially on Wednesday and Thursday.

With rising temperatures, there is also a risk of avalanches in some provinces. Special caution is advised in areas like Erzurum, Erzincan, and Ağrı.

On Tuesday and Wednesday, dust from the desert will make the air hazy. This poses risks for individuals with respiratory issues.

Temperatures are expected to return to seasonal norms by next Sunday. It is advised to remain cautious during this period.
