Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky evaluated Russia's temporary ceasefire announcement.

Zelensky stated that the Russian army continues to attack energy facilities in Ukraine. "We do not want a single second of this war," he said.

Stating that the announcement of a ceasefire on May 8 is a manipulation attempt, Zelensky said, "We value human lives, not parades."

Zelensky emphasized that a real diplomacy requires an immediate, complete, and unconditional ceasefire for at least 30 days.
