Samandağ Mayor Emrah Karaçay visited Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum. During this visit, he expressed his gratitude for the efforts made after the earthquake.

Karaçay mentioned the fear of being lynched on social media but emphasized the importance of speaking the truth. He stated, "The work done here is very valuable."

Minister Kurum noted that efforts are being made to alleviate the hardships faced by citizens engaged in agriculture. Karaçay asked if there is a plan for citizens with agricultural land.

Karaçay emphasized that the declaration of Milleyha Bird Paradise as a natural site is a correct decision for the environment. He stated that this decision was long awaited by environmentalists.

Karaçay reiterated that he will continue to speak the truth despite the lynch campaigns on social media. He said, "We will always thank for what is right."
