Devlet Bahçeli's understanding of justice was highlighted by Vahap Seçer in important statements.

Speaking at the congress held at the Mezitli Municipality Cultural Center, Seçer pointed out that the principle of impartiality and independence in Turkey's judiciary system has been seriously undermined. He emphasized that justice is the fundamental guarantee of society.

Seçer stated, "The state will be just. Where there is no justice, we have no chance of living." These words once again highlight the importance of justice.

Seçer expressed that the increasing strength of the CHP has created discomfort in the government. He pointed out that "The religion of the state is justice," emphasizing its significance.

Seçer noted that in recent years, Turkish politics has been shaped through local governments, and the successful services provided by CHP municipalities have resonated with the public.

Seçer called for unity and solidarity, stating, "This is not the time to fight, but to see the roses in our own garden."
