The Turkish Parliament will hold a special meeting for the National Sovereignty and Children's Day on April 23. This year marks the 105th anniversary of the Parliament's opening.

The events on April 23 will be chaired by Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and representatives of political parties will also participate in the event.

Additionally, a special session for children will be held on April 22, where children will take charge of the Parliament and deliver important speeches.

The General Assembly will also discuss important legislative proposals, including increasing penalties for misusing the 112 Emergency Call Center.

This year's celebrations are significant for strengthening children's rights and national sovereignty awareness. Everyone is expected to celebrate children on this special day.
