77-year-old Tuncer Saraçoğlu, accused of insulting the president, is one of the villagers resisting to protect the Akbelen forests. Today, the court demonstrated that justice has been served.

Saraçoğlu's lawyer, İpek Sarıca, stated outside the courthouse, "Although our president may feel hurt, today justice prevailed in court." She emphasized that such cases create pressure on citizens.

After the hearing, Tuncer Saraçoğlu and his supporters left the courthouse chanting, "Everything will be fine." This once again demonstrated the power of social movements.
