Recently, landslides and soil erosion have occurred in various regions of Turkey. These natural disasters have blocked many village roads, negatively impacting transportation.

In Hamsiköy village of Trabzon, a landslide caused an under-construction bridge to collapse. Municipal teams immediately began working to restore access.

A similar situation occurred in Kastamonu, where the melting snow caused the roads of four villages to be blocked. The Provincial Special Administration teams were dispatched to the area and began work immediately.

In Düzce, village and neighborhood roads were also closed due to melting snow. Rock fragments falling from the slope blocked the road, making transportation impossible.

In Artvin, a neighborhood road was closed due to a landslide. Local authorities warned citizens to be careful and immediately began road opening efforts.

These disasters are seen as a result of climate change and extreme weather conditions. Authorities emphasize the need to take necessary precautions to prevent such events.
