Education Resumes in Gaza! Students Full of Hope

Al-Azhar University in Gaza has reopened after two years. Students are eager to start their education after the war.
First-year medical student Shahd expressed that returning to school holds extraordinary meaning for her. "These two years were filled with displacement, war, and destruction," she said.

Before the war, there were 51 universities and colleges in Gaza educating 226,000 students. Many schools turned to rubble due to the conflict. Now, they are starting to provide education again.
Students believe that returning to university signifies the beginning of a new life. Engineering student Muhammed stated, "Returning to university classes has rekindled our hope."
Israel's ceasefire violations continue. However, students in Gaza are hopeful as they resume their education.
