The Yolyemezler gang was operating illegal betting activities in four provinces, including Istanbul. As a result of the investigation led by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, 38 suspects were arrested.

It was determined that this gang had a transaction volume of 1.5 billion liras. The operations were carried out simultaneously in Istanbul, Antalya, Bayburt, and Samsun.

Financial analyses revealed that the gang had established an integrated system with illegal betting sites and laundered money using bank accounts opened in the names of third parties.

Some of the arrested suspects have fled. However, it was reported that the operation is ongoing and efforts to capture the fugitives are continuing.
