A major operation in Istanbul led to the arrest of 89 individuals. Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya shared the details of this operation.

The operation targeted an organized crime syndicate led by I.A., who is wanted by a red notice. A total of 214 unlicensed firearms were seized during the operation.

Istanbul Police Department blocked access to 40 social media accounts used for propaganda and recruitment by the organization.

Minister Yerlikaya emphasized that operations will continue resolutely and that criminals will be brought to justice. There will be no step back in the fight against crime!
