A significant drug operation was conducted in Gaziantep.

According to the statement from the governor's office, the Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams carried out an operation against those producing and selling drugs under the coordination of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. During the searches in Şahinbey and Nurdağı districts, 632 drug pills, 2 mobile phones, and drug paraphernalia were seized.

As a result of the operation, suspects H.B, O.A, and M.M were detained. After their processing at the gendarmerie, they were referred to the courthouse and subsequently arrested by the on-duty judge.

This operation is seen as an important step in the fight against drugs in Gaziantep. Authorities stated that they will continue to combat drug trafficking with determination.
