Significant changes are happening in the education world! New faculties have been established and some faculty names have been changed with the signature of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The name of the Ibn Sina Medical Faculty affiliated with the University of Health Sciences has been changed to the Buhara Ibn Sina Medical Faculty. The name of the Islamic Sciences Faculty at Muş Alparslan University has also been changed to Theology Faculty.

The name of the Faculty of Human and Social Sciences at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University has been updated to Teoman Duralı Faculty of Human and Social Sciences. The name of the Finance Institute at Istanbul Commerce University has also been changed to the Institute of Trade and Finance.

In addition, it has been decided to establish the Semerkand Medical Faculty and Buhara Ibn Sina Health Sciences Faculty in Uzbekistan. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Sarajevo International Medical Faculty will be opened.

The School of Physical Education and Sports at Bitlis Eren University will be closed and replaced with the Faculty of Sports Sciences. The name of the Trabzon Medical Faculty will also be changed to Medical Faculty.
