The General Directorate of Meteorology has announced that snowfall will begin affecting certain regions of Turkey from this evening. Snow depth is expected to reach 20 cm in Erzurum, Erzincan, and Bayburt.

In the announcement, it was stated that the snowfall in the northern parts of Eastern Anatolia will be intense from this evening until tomorrow evening. Citizens are advised to be cautious due to potential disruptions in transportation.
