Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan conducted critical phone calls with Syrian Foreign Minister Esad Hasan Şeybani and the US Special Representative for Syria, Tom Barrack.

During these discussions, the latest developments in Syria and the situation in the south of the country were evaluated in light of meetings held in Amman. Fidan emphasized the need for cooperation among all parties to ensure regional security and stability.

Fidan stated that the conflicts in southern Syria must be halted and highlighted the importance of international cooperation in this regard.

These meetings reaffirmed Turkey's determination to establish peace and stability in Syria. Hakan Fidan reiterated Turkey's support for Syria's territorial integrity.
