Rising Poverty Risk in Europe! Which Countries Are in Danger?

The European Statistical Office (Eurostat) revealed that 93 million people in Europe are at risk of poverty in 2024.
The poverty rate in EU countries is set at 21%, with the highest rates found in Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece, at 30.3%, 27.9%, and 26.9% respectively.
Countries with the lowest poverty rates include the Czech Republic, Slovenia, and the Netherlands, with rates of 11.3%, 14.4%, and 15.4% respectively.
In Germany, the poverty rate is 21.1%, in France it is 20.5%, and in Italy it is 23.1%. This indicates a need for a reevaluation of social policies in Europe.
To combat poverty and social exclusion, the European Union must develop more effective policies. Steps taken in this regard could improve the quality of life for millions.
