The Radio and Television Supreme Council (RTÜK) issued important warnings to media outlets. It emphasized the need to be cautious against fraud attempts.

RTÜK stated that publications regarding the DEAŞ operation in Yalova violated confidentiality. Therefore, it was expressed that such content should be immediately removed from broadcasting.

Additionally, RTÜK President Ebubekir Şahin emphasized that media outlets should use language appropriate to societal sensitivities. This requires a careful and responsible approach to informing the public.

Recently, it was detected that some media outlets were subjected to fraud attempts using the name of the RTÜK President. It was stated that these calls should not be trusted.
