The Ministry of Agriculture announced that inspections against food threatening public health are continuing without interruption. In the latest inspections, 320,000 food labels were seized. The aim of these inspections is to ensure citizens have access to safe food.

In addition to food inspections, the fight against unfair price increases continues. The Ankara Governorship imposed fines totaling 39 million lira on firms that did not comply with price label regulations.
