The Constitutional Court announced financial audit decisions for 10 political parties. These decisions were published in the Official Gazette.

The financial audit of the Republican People's Party (CHP) for the year 2016 was conducted, and a fine of 21,285 lira was ordered to be transferred to the treasury.

However, the accounts of other parties for the year 2023 could not be audited. The Constitutional Court decided that this situation required legal action and unanimously agreed to file a criminal report with the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
