MHP leader Devlet Bahçeli made significant statements regarding the corruption investigation against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB). He expressed that the CHP is running a dark campaign.

Bahçeli stated, "Turkey is being threatened from every front. This threat is low and alarming in nature." He also emphasized that the CHP has turned into a provocation party.

Bahçeli pointed out that the CHP is uncomfortable with the goal of a terrorism-free Turkey, which would strengthen Turkey's power. He criticized the CHP's stance on combating terrorism.

Bahçeli stated, "There is a rotten administration in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. The corruption and fraud investigations must be concluded immediately."
