The CHP İzmir Provincial Congress was held under the slogan "One Heart to Power". Çağatay Güç was elected chair by receiving 447 out of 473 valid votes from 510 delegates.

Murat Emir served as the chair of the congress. The election was conducted by block voting, and after his speech, Çağatay Güç fainted. After medical intervention, he stated that he fainted due to extreme fatigue.

The congress is seen as a significant step for the future of the CHP. Under the leadership of Çağatay Güç, the party is expected to enter a new phase.
