The General Directorate of Meteorology has updated the weather forecast and announced that heavy rainfall is on the way. Temperature is expected to remain around seasonal norms.

Today, the northwestern regions of the country are expected to be partly cloudy, with showers in the Marmara and northern Aegean regions. Temperatures will range from 19 to 29 degrees Celsius.

Cengiz Çelik stated that rain is expected in the Marmara, Northern Aegean, and Western Black Sea regions this weekend. Rainfall is expected to intensify on Sunday.

From Monday onwards, rainy weather is expected to dominate the northern and inner regions. Rain is forecasted for the entire country on Tuesday and Wednesday.

According to weather forecasts, temperatures will remain above seasonal norms. Winds are expected to be light from the south, occasionally moderate.
