Mansur Yavaş announced that concrete towers will be erected on every vacant land in Dodurga. This is not city planning, but a ruin project.

Dodurga was once a place where children could play and hear the sounds of nature. However, during the previous administration, these beauties were covered with concrete due to profit-based zoning plans.

Yavaş stated, "This is not a city plan. This is not a life to be left for our children, but a ruin project." He also announced that they lost the court case regarding the zoning of Dodurga.

Yavaş emphasized that the profit-based zoning policies are not limited to Dodurga and similar situations are occurring in other neighborhoods as well.
