HSK Decisions Published in the Official Gazette

The decisions of the Judges and Prosecutors Council (HSK) have been published in the Official Gazette. These decisions bring significant changes to Turkey's legal system.
Former HSK members Mehmet Akif Ekinci, İbrahim Kolcu, and Dr. Ömer Faruk Yıldırım have been appointed to the Supreme Court, while Halil Koç has been appointed to the Council of State. These appointments are seen as a major step for the independence of the judiciary.
