New Developments on İmamoğlu's Family

New developments are emerging regarding Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu. A second MASAK report has been prepared following his detention three months ago.
The first report found no evidence of wrongdoing. However, the new report includes a detailed examination of İmamoğlu's family and companies. It mentions transactions worth 100 million lira and links some properties to money laundering offenses.

Selim İmamoğlu's transfers to his company in Croatia are also under scrutiny. MASAK has classified these funds as potential criminal proceeds.
Protests in Kocaeli demanding justice for İmamoğlu resulted in the detention of 72 individuals. The peaceful expressions of the youth are seen as part of a legal struggle.
Saygı Öztürk states that the MASAK report clearly shows that İmamoğlu has no financial crime. However, the final decision rests with the prosecutor's office.
