Ankara Mayor Mansur Yavaş shared a message for Eid al-Adha, emphasizing the significance of the holiday and the importance of solidarity.

In his social media post, Yavaş stated, "What makes the holiday a holiday are the steps taken together, the shared meals, and the hearts that meet in a smile." He highlighted the need for solidarity in these beautiful lands.

Additionally, Yavaş announced that financial support of 2,500 lira will be provided to 210,000 households. This assistance is aimed at low-income families.

Yavaş expressed, "We want no one to have a sad holiday," stating that the aid will reach those in need.
