CHP bus driver Gökhan Gülyurt was detained for not complying with police orders while transporting members of parliament on April 23.

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested his arrest. However, the court decided to release him under house arrest.

CHP Deputy Chairman Burhanettin Bulut announced on social media that Gökhan was sent to court with an arrest request.

Bulut stated, "They have completely lost their minds. This treatment of our worker is unacceptable."

It was reported that Gülyurt stated in his testimony that the CHP members in the vehicle directed him not to stop.
