Today marks the first hearing of the case for the cancellation of the CHP's 38th Ordinary Congress. Former Hatay Metropolitan Mayor Lütfü Savaş and some delegates have filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of the congress.

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel had previously made a decision for an extraordinary congress in response to the possibility of a trustee being appointed. This hearing is crucial for the future of the CHP.

The hearing will be the first step in the legal process regarding the cancellation of the congress held on November 4-5. Discussions and allegations within the party will also come to the forefront during this process.

The statement from Erzurum delegate Yusuf Gögerkaya has intensified the discussions surrounding the congress. Gögerkaya raised allegations of irregularities during the congress.

The CHP congress holds significant importance in Turkey's political agenda. Today's hearing will be closely monitored in this context.
