Snowstorm Disaster on Everest: A Thousand People Trapped

A terrifying snowstorm on Everest has put thousands of climbers in danger.
According to Chinese news sources, the storm began on Friday evening and continued to intensify throughout Saturday. This led to the suspension of entries to the Everest Nature Park and the halting of ticket sales.

Hundreds of villagers and professional rescue teams were dispatched to the area. It was reported that approximately 350 people were safely evacuated in the first phase.
However, social media footage suggested that rescue teams were navigating areas where frozen bodies were found. Official authorities have not yet made a clear statement regarding the death toll.

Experts warned that sudden weather changes at high altitudes can be deadly. This incident has been recorded as one of the largest cases of simultaneous entrapment in Everest's history.
