A fire in an apartment in Antalya's Kepez district caused panic among the residents. The fire broke out in Abdullah G.'s apartment and quickly escalated.

The incident occurred around 20:30 yesterday. Residents attempted to intervene in the fire but were unsuccessful, prompting them to call the 112 Emergency Call Center. Firefighters arrived quickly to tackle the flames.

During the fire, some residents were unable to exit due to heavy smoke and had to wait on the roof for help. Firefighters managed to control and extinguish the fire within half an hour.

Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries, but the ground floor apartment was rendered completely unusable. Damage was also reported in upper floor apartments due to smoke and soot.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire. This disaster caused significant fear in the neighborhood.
