Today, heavy rain is expected in five regions outside the Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia. Particularly in the Black Sea region, local heavy rainfall is anticipated.

In areas such as the northern and eastern districts of Ankara, Çankırı, and eastern Bolu, rainfall is expected to be occasionally severe. Therefore, citizens are advised to be cautious.

Temperatures in the western regions are expected to drop by 3 to 5 degrees. This indicates that the cool weather may enhance the effects of rainfall.

Meteorological officials emphasized the need for caution against the adverse effects of heavy rain and strong winds. Citizens are advised to carry umbrellas when going outside.
