We are entering a new era in transportation! Turkish Airlines' Istanbul-Sevilla flights have begun. These flights will operate 7 days a week.

Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu emphasized at the opening ceremony at Sevilla Airport that civil aviation is one of the important building blocks of the modern world. This new route will further strengthen the bonds of friendship between Turkey and Spain.

Minister Uraloğlu also highlighted Turkish Airlines' long-standing history in Spain. The journey began with flights to Madrid in 1984 and continued with Barcelona in 1992. Now, the route expands to Sevilla.

The new route will revitalize tourism and cultural interaction, strengthening the ties between the two countries. Uraloğlu stated that these flights will not only serve as a means of transportation but also as a cultural bridge.

Additionally, he announced that flights from Ankara to Madrid and Barcelona will also commence. With these new routes, direct flights between the two capitals will be established.
