Revolution in Tax Processes with Artificial Intelligence!

Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek announced revolutionary changes in tax processes using artificial intelligence.
With the use of artificial intelligence, digitized tax transactions reduce bureaucratic processes and provide faster services to taxpayers. Many tax transactions can now be completed online without visiting the tax office.
Şimşek stated that the digital applications developed by the Revenue Administration allow tax office transactions to be completed through robotic process automation. This ensures that taxpayers' transactions are completed more quickly and accurately.
The Digital Tax Office facilitated the processing of 17.8 billion documents in 2024. This system reduces the workload of tax payers and makes tax processes more efficient.
Minister Şimşek emphasized that all these efforts aim to improve the quality of services provided to taxpayers and eliminate bureaucratic delays.
