Now, tax processes can be completed online without visiting the tax office. Last year, there were 362 million logins and 111 million tax declarations submitted electronically.

Bureaucratic processes are being reduced. All transactions at tax offices are being moved to electronic platforms. Payment orders and notifications are being issued as e-documents.

AI is automatically responding to taxpayer requests. This speeds up processes and minimizes errors.

Minister of Finance Mehmet Şimşek stated that these efforts aim to improve service quality and eliminate bureaucratic delays.
