Fare increases in İzmir's public transport!

According to the municipality's announcement, starting from September 1, the full fare will increase from 25 TL to 30 TL, and the student fare will rise from 10 TL to 15 TL.

The teacher fare will increase from 17.72 TL to 20 TL, and the fare for passengers over 60 will rise from 20 TL to 25 TL. Additionally, the monthly student subscription fee will increase from 4.80 TL to 6.34 TL.

With the new regulation in İZBAN, the 90-minute free transfer application has been removed. The İzmirim Card will still be valid on İZBAN, but passengers will not benefit from this privilege.

It was stated that the new system will be implemented once the technical infrastructure works by İZBAN are completed. A new era in transportation is beginning!
