Justice Minister Yılmaz Tunç made significant statements regarding corruption cases. Investigations are ongoing against 106 individuals, including Istanbul Metropolitan Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu.

He noted that MASAK reports and witness statements are being evaluated in the investigations. Tunç urged everyone to wait for the outcome of the process.

Tunç countered claims that the investigations into Istanbul are political, asserting that the independence of the judiciary will be maintained. The judiciary will pursue anyone involved in corruption, regardless of their affiliation.
