Roketsan and Türksat have signed an important cooperation agreement in transportation and space systems.

The protocol, signed during the 17th International Defense Industry Fair (IDEF 2025), aims to independently meet Turkey's needs for space vehicles and satellite launches.

The signing ceremony was attended by Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, and the protocol was signed by Roketsan General Manager Murat İkinci and Türksat General Manager Ahmet Hamdi Atalay.

The protocol also includes joint R&D projects aimed at developing domestic and national space technologies.

This cooperation will enhance Turkey's independence in the space field and help it achieve a stronger position internationally.
