AKP Kocaeli Deputy Veysel Tipioğlu strongly reacted to Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç's statements about stadium security expenses.

Koç stated that security expenses should be covered by the public. This was not seen as a fair approach by Tipioğlu.

Tipioğlu emphasized the importance of security forces, stating, "Every police officer serving for the safety of tens of thousands in stadiums is a hero standing at the forefront in rain, cold, and chaos."

He also pointed out that Koç's view of security expenses as a "burden" is unfair and undermines the sacrifices of the police force.

Tipioğlu concluded, "It is not fair for clubs with large budgets to see reasonable expenses for ensuring their own security as a 'burden.'"
